Seriously regret I ignored previous negative reviews on Sofa U Love. Sofa sectional arrived with 20+ threads exposed and wrong firmness of custom cushions. Silver legs back ordered, cheap plastic brown ones attached. Told I'd be installing the silver ones or to bring the sofa back in. After 3 weeks: Cushion stitching pulling apart, material wearing & pillowing, and bunching around the corners. Zipper slider fell off because no tape ends. Contacted the owner Vic, with no response after sending photos. Upon seeing this review I expect I will finally receive an answer he wants to make things right. Prepare for frustration and only spend as much money as you are willing to loose before having to purchase a different sofa.
